Shannon is a Customer Experience advocate focused on evolving the delivery of financial advice to customers. Shannon has worked with many groups of employees across multiple disciplines, geographies and companies.  Currently Shannon leads the Customer Advice and Solutions channel within Scotiabank’s Customer Contact Centre.  In our ever digitizing world, customers seek advice in many forms, the advice and solutions teams Shannon leads have transformed in order to make it easier for customers to receive advice and solutions they require.

Originally from Western Canada, Shannon is alumni from the University of Alberta, where she studies Economics. Shannon has a huge sports fan, with Hockey and Curling being her favorites.  Shannon and her husband have 2 children.
