Ryan joined Citi in January 1999 and currently leads Citi’s Global Strategic Partnership Program, which targets and enhances Citi’s most crucial partners to drive innovation and create emerging opportunities between Citi and our Partners. The Strategic Partnership Program scope covers ~$2.1 Billion in annual spend.  As Head of Citi’s Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Canada, Ryan is responsible for the Supply Chain service delivery of strategic sourcing, third party management operations, purchasing & payment operations and supply chain systems & technology to the to the Citi Canada Franchise, which includes Markets and Banking, Private Bank and Consumer Departments. Prior to his current role, Ryan was the Citi Procurement Services Head for Canada (2007 to 2014), where he led the team transformation to a Global operating model for Procurement and Shared Services and established a unified Strategic Sourcing organization and approach responsible for $225MM in annual spend. From 2005 to 2007, Ryan led Citibank Canada’s Procurement and General Services teams to deliver procurement, travel, logistics, records management, mailroom and food services. From 1999 to 2005, Ryan led Citibank Canada’s Procurement department, where he identified critical leverage opportunities and engaged the North America Procurement teams to strengthen leverage and buying power.
